Best Delegation Award

There were more than 52 participating schools and universities and the competition was very high but the MSA delegation not only won the “Best Delegation" award, but also dominated the individual awards. 

Yousra Shawki was awarded “Best Delegate of the Economic & Social Council”. 

Sherif El-Ashiry received the “Best Delegate of the International Criminal Court” award. Also Mohamed Ali got the “Best Delegate of the University Level BIMUN”. 

SOLVING THE GARBAGE PROBLEM IN THE WORLD BY CREATING A MOBILE APPLICATION

MSA’s Adham Mohamed Saeed competed amongst 2000 registered teams and was able to win 1st place in the Citizenship category for his project.

The project was aimed at solving the garbage problem in the world by creating a mobile application that has features such as locating the nearest garbage bins and their recycling category, statistics about garbage dump locations, and smart navigating solutions for the cleaning companies.

MSC GRADUATION CEREMONY AT ROCHESTER CATHEDRAL, UNIVERSITY OF GREENWICH, UK

Aicha Massrali, the assistant lecturer at faculty of Biotechnology, has traveled to the United Kingdom to attend her Msc Graduation Ceremony at Rochester Cathedral, University of Greenwich, UK on 26th July 2013.

Aicha was graduated from Faculty of Biotechnology in 2009.

Aicha has a great input in the faculty, she is one the quality assurance team and she has awarded the best TA.

ONE YEAR MASTER OF SCIENCE AT UNIVERSITY OF GREENWICH

Omar El Kady was MSA Pharmacy graduate of class 2011. He achieved his one year Master of Science at University of Greenwich and his programme was MSc Formulation Science Now. Back to MSA after one year he became an assistant lecturer in Department of Pharmaceutics, Faculty of Pharmacy. Congratulations Omar for the good achievement and welcome back.

ACHIEVEMENT WITH DISTINCTION OF MSC

Ahmed Akram Fawzi Abdelgawad, MSA Engineering student, had just received this acknowledgement from the University of Greenwich indicating his achievement with distinction of MSc from Faculty of Engineering and Science.

THIRD PLACE ON THE REGIONAL LEVEL

It is with great pride to announce the distinctive achievement of MSA Team3 who won the 3rd place on the Regional level which included entries from universities from all Arab States, and 2nd place jointly with MSA Team1 on the National level which included entries from Egyptian universities. 

Redbull Doodle Art Competition

MSA’s very own talented Amr Ahmed Allam was crowned 1st place winner in Egypt of the Redbull Doodle Art competition.

Amr will participate in the World Doodle Art Finals in Cape Town, South Africa.

I-SWEEEP INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIAD IN HOUSTON TEXAS, USA

When October University for Modern Sciences and Arts organized yet another successful science fair, MSA picked the three of the best young inventors from schools across the country to represent Egypt at the I-SWEEEP International Olympiad in Houston Texas, USA.

MSA is pleased to announce that two students walked away with the Gold and Bronze medals in Engineering Category and Environmental Category. 

Dr. Gehan Safwat of Faculty of Biotechnolog, served as their supervisor and advisor throughout the experience.

FIRST CLASS HONOURS IN BIOTECH MSC

Our very own Gehan Hammad received her MSc degree from the University of Greenwich with First Class Honours in Biotechnology MSc.

The commencement ceremony was held on the 24thof July 2014.

INTERNATIONAL HANDBOOK OF RESEARCH ON DEVELOPING SUSTAINABLE VALUE IN ECONOMICS

Faculty of Management Sciences is proud to host a group of senior students under the supervision of Prof.

Doaa Abdou, Economics Department, published a chapter 12 in the International Handbook of Research on Developing Sustainable Value in Economics, Finance, and Marketing.

The handbook is published in United States of America by the IGI. The team consisted of Alia Farouk, Donia Kamal, Farah Tarkhan, and Nada Mohamed who provided the latest empirical research findings on how sustainable development can work not just for organizations, but for the global economy as a whole.
