• Provides interpretation and counsel to employees and line management regarding policies, programs and practices
• Provides administrative services covering specific areas of recruitment
• Organizes personnel records and ensures completion and validity of files
• Administers personnel attendance and leaves
• Participates in conducting internal employee surveys and interviews
• Takes part in developing company culture
• Assists in developing learning curriculum
• Assists in applying benefits’ programs
Job Qualification
• Any Bachelor degree “proffered HR/ Business Administration Major”
• 0-2 years of experience in HR
• Excellent Command of English Language
