Key Technical Responsibilities

  • Implementation of different security solutions (firewalls, SDWAN, proxies, antivirus gateways, content filtering, intrusion detection and prevention, unified threat management, SIEM)
  • Resolve service incidents by troubleshooting & solving faults reported.
  • Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing change requests

Key Non-Technical Responsibilities  

  • Manage customer calls and provide them with regular updates as per support processes
  • Perform SIPs actions managed by Senior Security Support Engineers and update the action plan of the SIP
  • Perform technical & management escalation as implied by the escalation process to ensure security tasks are progressing toward resolution and/or completion
  • Liaise with other project team members as a point of contact for Security technical solution solutions.
  • Conform to existing operational service processes, technical procedures, guidelines, and best practices (Change, Incident, Release Management)
  • Conform to corporate security policies and code of ethics.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years proven work experience, with min 2 years in IT/Network security

EDUCATION

  • B.Sc. of computer, communication or electronics, MIS
  • Certification in network or security (ex. CCNA, Fortigate, PaloAlto, ...)
