We have a  job vacancy - Customer Support Engineer - Core Network (CS) - Huawei Egypt TAC

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24x7 support services to Huawei customers for CS Core product
  • Ability to work based on on-call shifts
  • Maintain and support system after commercial launch
  • Perform system support and inspection
  • Support the customer in system operation and give proper training if needed

Job Description (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):

  • Education background: Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering
  • Work experience: 2+ years of experience in core network field.
  • Language: Excellent written and oral English communication
  • Knowledge about mobile network structure and service flows.
  • Knowledge on SS7, and its application protocol (ISUP,INAP,MAP,SCCP)
  • Knowledge on IP protocols (SIP, H.323)
  • Knowledge about Network fundamentals.
  • Strong and motivated, responsible and initiative personality.
  • Solution focused.
  • Customer Centric and good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
