We have a job vacancy - Customer Support Engineer - Core Network (CS) - Huawei Egypt TAC
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 support services to Huawei customers for CS Core product
- Ability to work based on on-call shifts
- Maintain and support system after commercial launch
- Perform system support and inspection
- Support the customer in system operation and give proper training if needed
Job Description (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):
- Education background: Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering
- Work experience: 2+ years of experience in core network field.
- Language: Excellent written and oral English communication
- Knowledge about mobile network structure and service flows.
- Knowledge on SS7, and its application protocol (ISUP,INAP,MAP,SCCP)
- Knowledge on IP protocols (SIP, H.323)
- Knowledge about Network fundamentals.
- Strong and motivated, responsible and initiative personality.
- Solution focused.
- Customer Centric and good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
