Job description Summary:

As a Sales Admin at VAI Developments, your primary responsibility is to oversee administrative operations while leveraging your expertise in the real estate sector. You will be instrumental in managing various office functions, including leads, deductions, employee affairs, client interactions, and facility supervision while ensuring smooth office opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  •      Leads and Deductions: 

Utilize your real estate experience to handle leads effectively, ensuring proper follow-up and conversion strategies.

Oversee deductions, employing your knowledge of real estate transactions and financial processes.

  •      Employee Affairs:

Manage employee excuses, vacations, and orientations, aligning with industry-specific requirements in the real estate field.

Ensure compliance with company policies while handling employee-related administrative tasks.

  •      Front Desk Operations:

Utilize your fluency in English to oversee front desk activities, manage calls, and greet visitors professionally.

Maintain a welcoming environment and represent the company professionally in client interactions.

  •      Client Interaction:

Leverage your expertise in real estate to host and manage client meetings, ensuring a high standard of service.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing queries and requirements efficiently.

  •      Facilities Management:

Supervise office facilities, drawing from your real estate background to ensure optimal office functionality.

Coordinate with external vendors for property-related services and maintenance needs.

  •      Office Opening and Closing: Ensure seamless office opening and closing procedures, implementing security measures and access controls effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous Real Estate Experience: Proven track record in the real estate field, with an understanding of industry-specific practices.
  • Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, facilitating interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse office responsibilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interact with clients, employees, and vendors effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented approach to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks and problem-solving.
