Work Location: Cairo, Egypt
Summary:
Deliver HR support to the business.
Provide a generalist HR service, including administration and employee services, employee relations,
recruitment, on-boarding, development.
Lead and drive development of HR policies, processes, and values that are both compliant with legislation and match best practice, that make SCJ successful and a great place to work.
Provide comprehensive, proactive HR partnering service and drive organizational change to ensure continued success.
Lead/participate in various HR projects.
Prepare HR related documents, update and maintain employee data records in compliance with law
regulation.
Prepare analysis, reports and statistics.
Qualifications:
- Supporting the implementation of HR processes and policies in the group.
- Processing and maintaining organizational updates in group databases and systems.
- Managing the processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, trial period, internal mobility or off-boarding.
- Preparing of HR documents such as contracts, homeworking contracts, or administrative letters.
Days off:
Friday & Saturday
