STLR is a company that provides loyalty program software and works as a merchant aggregator for several clients. 
Job description:
* Making calls to set meetings with merchants 
* Collecting data about merchants (contacts, info, number of branches, etc.)
* Setting/ attending meetings to close deals with merchants 
* Sales in general.

Job Requirements:
1. Fluency in English: Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
2. Flexible Working Hours: The ability to adapt to flexible working hours is essential to accommodate client schedules and team meetings effectively.
3. Versatility: Must have the capability to move easily from one location to another to attend meetings, conferences, and client visits as required.
4. Effective Communication Skills: Proficiency in making persuasive and compelling sales calls to potential clients while maintaining professionalism and rapport.
5. Street Smart: Demonstrates sharp instincts, adaptability, and the ability to navigate various situations and challenges effectively in a dynamic sales environment.
6. No Prior Work Experience Required: While prior sales experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates with no prior work experience who demonstrate enthusiasm, drive, and a willingness to learn.
7. Age Requirement: Candidates must be 20 years of age or above, including undergraduates, who are motivated to embark on a career in sales and customer relations.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required):
* Experience in customer service, marketing, or related fields.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
* A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
