LEO trading agency is looking to hire MSA graduates to fill the Full-Time Remote job position of English Call Center Speaker for Vodafone International Services.
Job Details:
- Receiving calls from the UK and Ireland.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Graduates and undergraduates are allowed to apply for Cairo & Alex residents.
- Graduates ONLY are allowed to apply from other governorates NOT Alex or Cairo.
- Egyptians only.
- 8 working hours with an hour break
- Rotational Shifts
- Rotational Weekend (2 Days)
- No overnight shift ( earliest shift starts at 8 AM and latest shift ends at 11 PM)
- PC or laptop will be provided.
- Social Insurance (From day one)
- Medical Insurance (After the training)
- Connectivity Allowance
Training: Online Paid training for 1 month with Fixed morning shifts.
Nesting Period:
The nesting period is MANDATORY for Cairo & Alex Residents ONLY, which takes place after
the online training, agents have to go to the site ( Smart Village at October in Cairo and at Semoha in Alex)The duration of the nesting period is 6 to 8 weeks, it will be in Rotational shifts, and transportation is provided through the Vodafone app.
