Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is involved in all aspects of marketing and is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans in accordance with the Marketing Manager. Assist marketing communications management by helping to craft marketing materials and facilitating both internal and external communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in a marketing agency is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Marketing team with the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns to achieve the business plan.
- Work and plan the yearly marketing strategy, plan, and budget with the Marketing manager
- Assisting in the delivery of day-to-day running projects.
- Networking with a range of stakeholders including the Downtown Community, Government, Media, and Key players in the arts & culture scene.
- Following up on the production of marketing materials that can involve writing, proofreading copies, and liaising with designers and production houses.
- Overseeing event happenings and following up on all related details.
- Assisting the Marketing manager in writing reports, managing budgets, analyzing data, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Align and coordinate with Al Ismaella team on all marketing materials required.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Handle and attend assigned events from negotiation, installation, event days, and de-installation
- Hold a monthly budget tracking meeting with the Finance department
- Accept individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
