Role Description:
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant at Hazem Wahdan Legal Office located in Cairo, Egypt. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating all administrative duties, including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and assisting with document preparation. You will also support the legal team and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- From 0-1 year of experience.
- Fluency in French is a must, as you will deal directly with French companies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working days & hours: From Saturday to Wednesday from 10 AM till 7 PM.
Days off: Thursday & Friday
