What will you do?
- Handle export and import bookings, resolve related shipment issues, and manage invoices and documentation cycle with customs clearance, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
- Plan and organize loading cycles in coordination with the planning department.
- Complete FORM13 files and liaise with the finance department.
- Follow up on payment requests related to service providers.
- Act as a focal point with the commercial team to answer all customer inquiries.

Generate and analyze reports to optimize logistical procedures and reduce costs,
- including handling air shipments and all related procedures, and performing monthly updates on ocean freight, inland trucking, and customs clearance, including rate comparison to find the most cost-effective options.
