What will you do?
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, and responsible for fulfilling the assigned vacant positions in a timely manner.
  • Support in handling employee engagement programs, and recognition programs.
  • Keep updated records for the interviewee’s details.
  • Deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth onboarding and have well understanding of the company’s benefits and policies.
  • Deliver effective offboarding process including exit interviews, processing necessary documents
  • Adhere to the stated TNA, Collaborate with Training providers to fill all the training requests.
  • Handling the company’s internal communication and announcements.
  • Support in building the company’s benefits portfolio, generating more corporate

  • deals with the company.
  • Responsible for maintaining updated organization charts, and Job descriptions.
