Do Not Design Co. is in need of a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Egypt. In this role, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our branding and packaging solutions. No formal degree is required; if you have a knack for marketing, a flair for creativity, and a passion for driving brand awareness, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, to effectively reach target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  2. Craft compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs, that effectively communicate our value proposition and set us apart from competitors.
  3. Manage our social media presence, creating engaging content and monitoring online conversations to maintain a positive brand image and increase follower engagement.
  4. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and growth opportunities.
  5. Collaborate closely with our sales team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral that support their efforts in acquiring and retaining clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  7. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  8. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in marketing, design, and technology to recommend innovative strategies and tactics to enhance our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in marketing roles, preferably in the branding or packaging industry.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing impactful marketing campaigns.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software is advantageous.

- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus but not required
