Do Not Design Co. is on the lookout for a driven and personable Sales and Customer Relations Representative to bolster our team in Egypt. This role is pivotal in managing orders, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and our production team. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and showcasing our branding and packaging solutions.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are swiftly resolved.
3. Manage incoming orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery in collaboration with our production team.
4. Serve as a bridge between clients and factory workers, effectively communicating client requirements and ensuring they are met during the production process.
5. Provide clients with product knowledge and technical assistance, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
6. Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth.
7. Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
Qualifications:
