We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Studio Operations to join our dynamic photography studio team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing communications, and providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries.
- Manage social media accounts by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Greet and assist clients who visit the studio, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain the studio calendar, schedule shoots, and coordinate bookings.
- Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Studio Maintenance:
- Ensure the studio space is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, repairs, and maintenance as needed.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for photo shoots.
- Support to Photographers:
- Assist photographers during shoots with lighting, equipment setup, and other necessary tasks.
- Help organize and manage props, backdrops, and other studio assets.
- Provide logistical support for off-site shoots and events.
Qualifications:
