Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources officer. The Human Resources officer will be assigned tasks for implementing HR policies, employee benefits, training programs, personnel management, and other HR functions. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as job analysis reports, updating job descriptions, designing total rewards systems, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company regulations.

 Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience in the same HR position.
- ⁠Fluency in the English language and Arabic language.
- ⁠Graduate and holder of a university academic degree.
- ⁠Resident in Sheikh Zayed City or its surroundings.
